Below are 4 wedding packages we offer. All wedding packages can be customized based on your individual needs. We also offer A La Carte services.

Champagne Package
This package is for the couple who would like assistance from the very beginning of the planning process until the big day.

Complimentary consultation with bride and groom to discuss the couple’s vision for their big day
Unlimited consultations via phone, email, and/or in person
Budget preparation meeting
Create a timeline/schedule with checklists for all participants
Etiquette advisement
Create an event design with an emphasis on theme, decor, and style
Guidance in finding ceremony and reception venues
Assist with choosing a ceremony officiant
Invitation design and mailing
RSVP tracking
Assist in selection of wedding attire and accessories
Unlimited vendor referrals (caterer, florist, photographer, cake decorator, disc jokey/band, etc.)
Attend vendor meetings as requested
Review of all vendor contracts
Provide marriage license information
Coordination of ceremony and reception including floor plans
Conduct a final walk through of all venues
Provide assistance in selecting guest hotel accommodations and travel arrangements
Assist with the selection of wedding party gifts
Prepare itineraries for vendors and all participants
Create seating lists and name plates
Confirm will all vendors prior to the wedding
Rehearsal dinner coordination (up to 3 hours) includes assistance in selecting a restaurant for the dinner
Wedding day coordination (see Chardonnay package) (up to 12 hours)
Organization of day after brunch, if desired (up to 2 hours)

Merlot Package
This package is for the couple who would like to do most of the planning themselves but desire the guidance of a professional.

5 in person meetings
Unlimited consultations via phone and email
Create a timeline/schedule with checklists for all participants
Unlimited vendor referrals (caterer, florist, photographer, cake decorator, disc jokey/band, etc.)
Review of all vendor contracts
Prepare itineraries for vendors and all participants
Coordination of ceremony and reception including floor plans
Confirm with all vendors prior to the wedding
Rehearsal dinner coordination (up to 3 hours) includes assistance in selecting a restaurant for the dinner
Wedding day coordination (see Chardonnay package) (up to 12 hours)

Cabernet Package
This package is for the couple who has completed most of the planning and would like assistance in making sure it all comes together in the month before the wedding.

2 in person meetings, this includes 1 comprehensive meeting where we will discuss all aspects of your wedding and make any adjustments as needed.
Unlimited consultations via phone and email
Vendor referrals for any last minute needs
Review all vendor contracts
Coordination of ceremony and reception including floor plans
Prepare itineraries for vendors and all participants
Confirm with all vendors prior to the wedding
Rehearsal dinner coordination (up to 3 hours) includes assistance in selecting a restaurant for the dinner
Wedding day coordination (see Chardonnay package) (up to 12 hours)

Chardonnay Package
This package is for the couple who has planned their entire event but would like to sit back and enjoy their wedding day.

1 in person meetings (usually scheduled 2 weeks before the event)
Unlimited consultations via phone and email
Create a wedding day itinerary for all participants including vendors
Confirm with all vendors prior to the wedding
Rehearsal coordination including the dinner (up to 3 hours)
Wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)
Assisting the couple and all participants in getting ready
Receiving deliveries from vendors
Distributing payments and gratuities to vendors
Coordination of the set up of all venues
Orchestrating the processional
Work with disc jockeys/musicians to insure proper music is playing
Guide wedding party for post-ceremony duties
Assistance with anything the bride and groom require
